Park View Chairman, Mr Eric Fraikue was honoured at the Haringey Sports 2011 Awards with the MANAGER OF THE YEAR Award and the club was also short listed for CLUB OF THE YEAR of the Year Award for the second year running.
On Thursday 24 November, the fifth annual Haringey Celebrating Sports Awards took place at Tottenham Hotspur FC. Each year the awards celebrate the abundance of sporting talent in Haringey. They also acknowledge the hard-working volunteers, sports organisations and clubs that support the borough’s up-and-coming sports stars as well as those who take part in sport to stay healthy, or just for fun.
The master of ceremonies this year was Richard Sumary, currently Chair of the London 2012 Forum. Councillor Gina Adamou, Mayor of Haringey, attended the event and Younes Kaboul of Tottenham Hotspurs presented the Tottenham Hotspur-sponsored Awards on the night.
Mr Eric Fraikue after receiving the Award said: “I am very humbled to have received the Haringey Sports 2011 – Manager of the Year Award and also to be appointed as the Football Development Representative for the National CSPAN Committee. Honestly both achievements would not have been possible without the help and support of our Fans, Management and players both past & present. Once again I will like to say a big thank you to all... Let’s keep the Discipline & Hard Work”.
